Trekking Rules
Trekking & Hikes
The most important thing in Trekking tour walking in the beauties offered to us by Mother Nature is to minimize the risks that may occur by ensuring the correct coordination of the team and organization.
You will experience the visual pleasure of nature and the different taste of trekking while trekking under the control of an Antalya Adventures guide or an expert who knows the region well.
The guide or expert who leads the trekking i.e. nature walk, chooses the direction of the walk, the pace, the duration and frequency of the breaks you will take, and informs the precautions to be taken during the walk in advance. Guides have such responsibilities.
The guide, i.s. the person in charge, takes behind him/her a Tour & Trips guest who has been in the team before and has good experience. This person is called the rearguard in the group formation.
The job of a trekker is to tell the guide about the team breaks during the walk or to correct these breaks and to prevent such situations.
The purpose and rule of trekking in a single line is because it offers many advantages. This way of walking allows for better unity within the team and better tempo control. The benefit is a more economical use of energy. Disciplined single line walking is of great importance for long walks and reducing the risk of accidents.
Since communication is a very important phenomenon in trekking, there are certain rules. Antalya Adventures guides warn our guests before the start of the trek that communication cannot be done by shouting indiscriminately, and they are told that they can communicate by telling the person in front of them or the person behind them. The importance of communication within the team becomes evident in the event of the danger of being hit by branches, falling stones or landslides on narrow paths.
In trekking, it is very important for every guest to have a backpack. The feature of these bags should not be the type carried on one shoulder, but the bag worn on two shoulders. Because single-shouldered bags can disrupt the balance during hiking.
